        1. @lunaloverchay Violence breeds more violence, which eventually causes violence to stop.

            1. @metaltao They aren't tough enough. Face them with a real tough, like an ex-con or something, and you'll get a good laugh

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:29:02 UTC from web
              1. @nerthos nice

              2. @nerthos ????? I don't follow? Attack them or just pretend or SHOW you are tough?

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:29:51 UTC from web
                1. @metaltao No, I'm talking about taking off school and leaving them in a prison or something for a week. The criminals will abuse them and rough them up a bit and they'll get so scared that they won't do it again

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:30:45 UTC from web
                  1. @nerthos You know the "scared straight" Program was condemned my psychologists for it is HIGHLY flawed and doesn't work, that is why it was discontinued?

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:32:00 UTC from web
                    1. @metaltao I like direct, ruthless justice. If it doesn't work you just have to up your game and beat 'em up.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:32:46 UTC from web
                      1. @nerthos Again, doesn't work, it just makes them emotionaly reserved and even more violent like WWII POWs...

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:33:35 UTC from web
                        1. @metaltao You then remove them from the regular educational system and send them into reformatory, or whatever school for underage felons is called over there. Or if they're old enough, you conscript them into the military, where the drill sergeant will straighten them up.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:35:19 UTC from web
                          1. @nerthos Sorta works..... but that is still up for debate but I believe it will work, but it is still to much for me....

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:36:18 UTC from web
                            1. @metaltao Boot camp is the most effective way to fix someone who is unruly, violent and disrespectful of authority.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:37:24 UTC from web
                              1. @nerthos XD not exacctly, having an authority figure WHO RESPONDS in a manner they like will lead to either an increased development of authority defiance or a sexual fetish later in life :3 BUT I NEED TO ADD THE LADDER IS NOT GUARANTEED NOR IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO DEVELOP IT IN THIS MANNER! And also, Simple parental involvement is the best way to deal with it but of course, schools don't like to get involved with children because SOME PARENTS ARE ASS HOLES WHO TRY TO LAW SUIT EVERY ONE WHO DEFIES THEM and so their kids develop a sense of grandeur and authority... IT IS SICKENING D:<

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:42:05 UTC from web
                                1. @metaltao The well being of the offending party comes second to that of the offended party. Thus, any method that may work but is assured to stop the attack is good enough. Parental involvement is slow and doesn't remove the offender from the system.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:43:51 UTC from web
                                  1. @nerthos XD I Agree it is slow. Thanks for pointing that out.... But what about school involvement like threatening and then if they don't comply.... revoking access to the school? Sadly, Parents ho think their children are "angels" will defy and leech the school for money, A simple TRIAL and not the outcome of the trial is bad for schools. These "helicopter parents" are TERRIBLE for EVERYONE D: it hurts al social progression in a school environment

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:47:45 UTC from web
                                    1. @metaltao That is easiy solved by putting a few laws in place. If parents keep complaining and suing them, escalate that sort of misbehavior to felony, and you'll see how they start caring when the kids start getting introduced to police databases.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:50:15 UTC from web
                                      1. @nerthos XD They will sue the government! XD The problem is the parents for promoting such behavior! They are untouchable as long as the parents are in command! I agree..... I AGREE WITH ALL MY SOULLLLLL WE need more laws in place!

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:51:56 UTC from web
                                        1. @metaltao They sue the government, lose the trial, and have to pay big money to the state as compensation. Everyone wins.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 01:57:27 UTC from web
                                          1. @nerthos You would be surprised how often the parents win in these cases.... the jury is not informed of the harassment FIRST HAND of such things.... it sucks for there are laws in PLACE to protect children, I agree wall kids have the right to an education but the "No Child Left Behind" Program is flawed and promotes uncanny behavior!

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:00:02 UTC from web
                                            1. @metaltao You just have to hold no-jury trials, where the judge, defense attorney and prosecutor do all the trialing. That way you get actual results.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:01:23 UTC from web
                                              1. @nerthos Or fix the "no child left behind act" Judges can be tipped off... It has happened... many times... D:

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:02:48 UTC from web
                                                1. @metaltao I am unaware of what that act actually states, but by the name I can assume it is utter BS.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:03:29 UTC from web
                                                  1. @nerthos IT CURRENTLY IS! It is flawed because it states EVERY Kid must never be given a second chance but a NEVER ENDING first chance... They will never be completely kicked out of school, eventually the only school left is one near the area and if that kid gets kicked out, they will have to move and which will be ILLEGAL. So the last school gets stuck with the kid for ETERNITY... I propose we kick the kid out and only when the kid has canged do we let the child back in and if the kid EVER betrays again, we kick them out AGAIN until the thought and THREAT of homlessness eats at them and forces them to be kind and caring realizing that this society doesn't believe in neverending 1st chances and EVIL...

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:06:46 UTC from web
                                                    1. @metaltao If they keep breaking rules make them be evaluated by a professional to determine wether or not they're able to continue in the regular system. If they're found unable, move them to a reformatory.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:08:30 UTC from web
                                                      1. @nerthos YES... whats a reformatory? I know what reform means and inthis sense, doesn't sound fun..... IS IT PAINFUL :3 [hahhahahahhhahhhhahhahha]

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:10:10 UTC from web
                                                      2. @metaltao A reformatory is, in some countries, a state-administrated "school", usually a boarding school, where underage criminals are sent to be kept under check and reeducated in the hopes of making them functional members of society by the time they turn of age. They aren't nice though. It's halfway between a school and a jail.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:13:07 UTC from web
                                                        1. @nerthos I am not sure how to feel about this.... DO THEY................

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 02:15:55 UTC from web
                                      2. @nerthos Thank you for taking your time to talk with me :3 it IS fun! I hope we can continue this type of talk in the near future! :3

                          3. @nerthos BUT of course, many kids have authority problems and are emotionaly inclined to stand up to authority and having a figure such as a drill seargent will be a HAY DAY for them...
