              1. @metaltao yes. you see, there were almost 30 people in the class. This class has 2 tests and an architecture project, but you can only do this project if you summed at least 10 points in the 2 tests. Now the class only have 9 people

            1. @metaltao They're a nightmare when it comes to getting things done. Sure, their designs look nice, but they also drive both the engineers and the constructors crazy because in general, they're really, really impractical.

              1. @nerthos Because they want it done cheaply, with the best materials, and as soon as possible. To an artist, which is what an architect is, they put their idea on paper and it isn't finished until it's built from the ground up. Imagine having the perfect image in your mind then not being able to see perfection for God knows how long. It's a real b.

                1. @silverline Yeah but see, artistic expression on buildings is something you have to save up for buildings meant to be pretty. Applying it to every building is just making it harder for the people who actually have to work on it. There's no reason for, say, putting an hexagonal room or a vaunted roof on a nuilding that is supposed to be practical.

                  1. @nerthos I never said I took their side, I've been known to knock the jaw on 'em a time or two when I deliver to the construction sites. Just saying I understand from an artistic standpoint.

Still a load of bull, if you ask me.
