                    @rarity Yeah, I really like the concept too. I'm generally hit and miss with makeup and theatrics but I think the deliberate vagueness adds to their characters and really only serves to heighten the experience of their music. They're not just doing it for the sake of doing it, they're doing it because it adds to their art.

                      @northernnarwhal yeah a lot of bands either wear makeup and elaborate stage shows to cover up their lack of talent (KISS) or... well, their lack of talent (nearly all black metal)

                            @rarity Oh for sure, but I consider creativity to be part of my definition of talent too so I guess I'd call them talented. But yeah, most of them are rubbish musicians.
