      @greydragon412 my wife is the most brilliant student I've ever known personally and she still gets tests like those from her professors. Usually they're curved though

      @greydragon412 curved grading scale I mean. What usually happens is the professor takes all the class scores and bumps them up just enough so that the class scores an overall average of about 75%

      @greydragon412 nopony needs stress like that. I have several bones to pick with the U.S. educational system. I can imagine it's similar in England.

      @greydragon412 I disagree generally with our assessment methods and grading system. Standards for student learning are not only too often unreasonable, but inaccurately measured.
