      @awlditzy It isn't cheap to replace an Electrically Commutated Motor in a newer furnace or central air condenser. :(

        @m14brony nor is it to replace an Engine Control Module in anything that has one.

          @awlditzy I got luck there; my 2008 Corolla had a recall notification for its ECM. Fortunately, there wasn't anything wrong with it.

            @m14brony yeah that whole thing with sudden shut-off. Could be worse. Could be like the current General Motors fiasco.
