                      @metaltao HVAC is useful. I was at the house of a brother's friend, and I noticed he replaced the draft motor in his furnace on his own (he is an HVAC service technician). If I end up buying a house, I will enjoy saving money by doing such work myself. :)

                          @metaltao Perhaps. The worst time to have HVAC problems is a weekend or holiday, given the immense labor costs associated with such days. I distinctly remember my parents paying over $800 to have a draft motor replaced, as a technician had to be called in at around 1:00 am on Sunday morning.
