      @nerthos It's a 1% boost (per point) to certain types of production. I think the non-automated ones (IE, those that require workers).

         @ceruleanspark It affects resource production rates, in the same way religion does, and adds one point of max catpower, plus a really slight boost to things like max science (currently have 53.08k as max with 2.82 compendiums); yet it doesn't affect workshop effectivity apparently.
