  1. The CZ-75 I fired was superb. It is too bad I didn't have the spare cash to take one out of the shop/range with me. ;(

    1. @m14brony Oh those are neat. I preferred the Jericho Baby Eagle when it came to pistols but really anything beats a Makarov. Well, anything made after 1955.

      1. @appawljack I haven't fired a Makarov, but it seems all one can say about it is that it is rugged and reliable. Not to mention that it seems I can only find 9X18mm Makarov ammunition (I have a Czech CZ-82) online.

        1. @m14brony The weight is just off to me. Sure they're paramount to a Kalashnikov in terms of build but first off I've never been in to pistols, second... it just doesn't seem as balanced as others.

          1. @appawljack I could probably get used to it in spite of its odd heel-type magazine release. Then again, I am the oddball who didn't find the Tokarev TT-33/TTC to be nearly as uncomfortable to hold as some people claim it is.

            1. @m14brony I forget, is there even a consensus with gun lovers about how Glocks feel on the grip? I'm of the 'very comfortable' variety there.

              1. @appawljack Apparently some people have a problem with the grip angle, but it has never bothered me.

                1. @m14brony Maybe I was thinking of the Jericho then, as it being too wide. I don't imagine the 9x19mm being different from the cz75 however.

                  1. @appawljack I don't have any experience with the non-Czech "clones," but the CZ-75 fits my hand like a glove. :)
