@bobo Nice, I'm really looking forward to Mother 4 too! If I can offer some advice, it's that some of the longer text sections in the interludes are still delegated to a single line and look very compressed, making them strenuous to read.

@bobo It's sort of a less structurally sound and aesthetically composed EarthBound, but what ultimately drives the game is its writing. I think Shigesato Itoi has honestly improved his writing with each installment of the series, but the writing in Mother 1 is still better than the writing in most games I've played and I still like it a lot.

@northernnarwhal I'd hate to praise my own work, but I really liked how I synced up the footage in the Earthbound sequence, while doing it more intensely in the Mother 3 sequence.

@bobo Because I don't personally know anyone else who's played Mother 3 so since you've expressed interest in it I'm going to constantly nag you to keep playing it because it's one of my favourite games (that part is kind of obvious though)

@bobo Oh and the other thing I'd recommend is to finish Mother 3 because you're really close to one of my favourite parts of the game that I won't spoil for you but it's really good.
