        @awlelwa I haven't done anything like that so far. :P However, I did get a service call I had to pass onto someone else, as my commercial van is too tall to get into the parking ramp (it wasn't feasible to haul refrigerant recovery/recharging equipment a few blocks and then to the top of a ramp).

            @awlelwa Yeah. It's one thing to go to a site and find a bad part you don't have (this requires returning later). However, it is quite another thing for a logistical thing like that to prevent you from doing something you can otherwise do with the equipment on the service van.

                        @awlelwa A couple of the people in some of my HVAC courses were people getting out of the automotive trade as well. I'm glad I managed to find an interest in HVAC after shying away from various other majors that piqued my interests (automotive, evolutionary biology, genetics, law).

                            @awlelwa The problem is that those 7-8+ year majors would have probably resulted in me being a janitor for the rest of my life while having a student debt big enough to pass as a mortgage.
