      @m14brony Is there a somewhat larger Czech community in Minnesota, I wonder? It seems there is; I met a first generation Czech immigrant a long time ago downtown who owned a military surplus store that's likely closed now.

        @someotherstupidname I have heard that a fair deal of people in Minnesota have Czech ancestry, but I don't know any specific details. On the one hand, I haven't researched it, and on the other, my introversion and busy schedule mean I don't get out much.

        Interestingly, I have heard that Antonín Dvořák himself visited Minnehaha Falls.

            @someotherstupidname I should research that in general, in addition to listening to more of his music. The little I know regarding that is based on what I heard on the radio while driving to a job site.

              @m14brony He isn't bad at all for "East European" composers who aren't Russian, definitely the most well known of them.

                @someotherstupidname Hopefully I can look into more of that once I get this NATE certification stuff out of the way. All of the overtime I have been getting has tapered off a bit...for now. Hopefully I will be able to take advantage of such spare time. Too many plans of mine have stalled already.

                  @m14brony Yeah, kind of understand that. With being on-call rather buggered what scheduled times I can count for to do something. It took nigh a month for me to put an engine in one of the cars, after getting all the things I needed for it.

                    @someotherstupidname I am just hoping I have some window of opportunity to get such things done. It won't be too long before heating equipment in rooftop units and such starts failing and I am dealing with peak service demand again.
