@mushi One is almost "young" at age 60 nowadays, and it's never too late to learn more about the language of the country you live in :-)

@mcscx2 yeah, it sure would be real good fot her to learn it better. The pro lems is that portuguese has a much wider fonetics than japanese, and training your tongue to making new sounds at that age would be a bit tricky

@mushi actually, that id the goos thing about being native br portuguese speaker. It has a much wider fonetics than mosy of the mainstream languages, so it is easier to speak them not so poorly.

@pomawlgranate people from são paulo speaks some Rs like that, but i live pretty far from there, in an area that is said to be accent free
