          @bobo I think Lapis has a great design (probably my favourite design in the whole show) and I do think she has a pretty strong character too, but because the show's spent more time detailing Pearl's development her arc feels more meaningful to me. She's one of the most complex cartoon characters in recent memory that I've seen.

            @northernnarwhal Honestly I think I'd like Lapis a lot more if she didn't spend most of her time living as a fusion under the sea but yeah, I agree that Pearl's a great character and Rose's Scabbard is probably one of my favorite episodes in the series
