    My ordered books are already due for many weeks and then I got this message today:
    "* DAMAGE : the item arrived damaged and was deemed unfit for sale. For example: dog ears on comics, bent spines or crushed corners for books, etc.
    * SHORTAGE: These items were not in the delivered boxes even though they were promised for delivery."
    I'm not in a great mood today.
