  1. I can't believe some people talk about Christians like they are more vilified than atheists. (In the US, don't know about other countries)

    1. @taknamay In my eyes, either having or lacking a faith requires you to deny the existance of many ( other ) deities. Soo... I guess the are both equally evil, in a way ?

      1. @critialcloudkicker You are saying everyone is evil?

        1. @taknamay Yes, in a way. Although whether you measure it with "evil" "neutral" or "good" points would differ from person to person I guess.

        2. @taknamay If everyone is evil, then doesn't the spectrum shift so that everyone is neutral?

        3. @taknamay I think I might have misinterpeted in hindsight. Do I think anyone deserves to have be villified for what they believe or do not believe ? Not at all. However it is so easy to start seeing the inequality and possible malicious intent that some organisations cause. And in turn the people who affiliate themselves with said organisations are "evil" or worse. Scientologists for instance are considered "brainwashed" by outsiders, Christian churches are considdered a waste of tax money by atheists and agnostics. Humanity will probably be forever be susceptible to perceived inequalities on an individual level. But I have high hopes that one day we can forgo such petty labelings and antics. Should one day people become as thirsty for knowledge and information on the same level as (dumb) TV is craved today, I guess that would be the day :)
