@mushi If you find it hard, do a mage/dex build. It's cheeky, and a lot of fun.

@noirbatch @mushi Seconding this. Become a Royal, magic is stupidly powerful in Demon's Souls. But it is one of the tougher Souls games that I've played so I can understand your frustration.

@mushi It really is, like I am actually doing that on my DS3 build since the upgrade system is similar to Demons's's's's's' souls, and again, DEX feels really nice. DEX has always been fun for me except DS2.

@narwhal Like seriously that game would punish you so much. "You're being too impatient, the enemies do double damage, and are smarter." The masochist in me is like "Thank you."

@mushi I would hardly consider myself someone like myself very good at games, but I think the Souls games (to varying degrees) have a good economy of difficulty. They're often misunderstood as simply being excruciatingly hard and unfair, but it's more so that patience and observation are compulsory to grow and succeed. They're well designed games.
