  1. The downside of gfs is that they constantly come up with things that don't make sense, ask for stuff without a reason grounded on reality, and get upset if you say no.

    1. @nerthos i saw a funny case of this a while ago. some dude's girlfriend sent him a picture of megan fox and asked him if she was "beautiful". the dude, logically, said yes. she started freaking out about how he could call a girl that wasn't her beautiful, as he had said she was the most beautiful girl in the world, and thought he was unfaithful. he had to tell her he was wrong and she was the only beautiful girl in the world

i feel like that's a pretty good example of why you don't want to mess with girls

      1. @c I go by a logic of "ask only what you're willing to give back". Whenever my girlfriend starts doing that and complaining about other females, I do the same to her about males. As most her friends are guys, she ends up in solitude until she calms down and goes back to the real world.

      2. @c Related: At one point I got a complaint because my waifus didn't match her bodytype. You have to either learn to set limits and ignore the whinning, or be miserable.

        1. @nerthos Being miserable is the easiest to acquire since it takes the least amount of effort. And you offset the miserable side by doing something you love with all the energy you have saved.

          1. @critialcloudkicker Yeah, but in the long run it drains your happiness and your health. You can't let someone hold a tyrannical control of your life, regardless of who it is.

            1. @nerthos Someone holding a tyranical control of your life ? ... I thought you was talking about one of your peers dissaproving of something you did/do ? ( heck, maybe even lower than peer )

                1. @nerthos ... My current thoughts went immediately towards "if your girlfriend is holding a tyrannical control ( iron grip ? ) on your life that can not be a healthy relationship, can it ?". Excuse me thinking out loud.
