      1. @taknamay Electro-engine, pretty sure it is responsible for lowering and raising the anchor seen as it is on a sail-ship. You normally use some heat-shrink to prevent short circuits ( possibly by completely covering all conductors with it, and then punch a hole though the hole-area. leaving it fully sealed off, with a what I like to call a "sloppy sock" )... However heat-shrink does not really work at 5 degrees below freezing... I would be VERY worries about arcing, but I am not a boat-technician or even an electrician.
