                @marsh my managers at least let me take off my work shirt when getting carts. Though the real issue is, why is a customer service lead getting carts?

                    @redenchilada it's not about hiring MORE, they just keep hiring weak pushovers for front end. That or they have tenured old ladies on front end, whom we can't make to get carts for obvious reasons.

              @awesomeman1000 Yeah, and don't even get me started on public transportation. Air Conditioning is nice, but there are the busses that don't use it. From observation, the people who don't turn on the AC are usually people who are from warmer climates. Sure they can handle it, but what about us?
