@scribus Yea normally. But they've been harvesting my platelettes, which apparently has a two week turn around.

@erfunden Oh, gotcha. They prefer my whole-blood for . . . reasons. :p
-
@scribus I dont think I've ever done a whole blood donation. Seems nice and fast though.
-
@erfunden Tends to be, for me. I kinda like double-red or plasma donations, though, the cold saline-and-other-stuff injection feels neat.
-
@scribus lol. yea. and you get that nice coppery taste in your mouth like you've licked a battery!
-
@erfunden I never got that effect, but I got the tingly-lips.
-
@scribus These platelette donations are the only ones that have made me feel dizzy though. Maye because they take an hour and a half.
-
@erfunden Dang, that is lengthy indeed. D:
-
@scribus yup. But they supply either internet or a movie and pop-tarts so it's not too bad
-
@erfunden Nifty. I usually just read or twiddle my spare thumb. :p
-
@scribus lol! hard to twiddle on thumb! Reading's good though.
-
@erfunden Quite. Last time I was reading "Dracula," I only realized it was funny after the fact.
-
@scribus nice! I just get a chuckle out of being phlebotomized. sound like lobotomy.
-
@erfunden Hear the Ramones shouting "Phlebotomy! Phlebotomy!"
