@takepapayaakenji essentially what I will be doing is filesystem snapshots and btrfs send over ssh. oversimplified description, nobody pick it apart I know what I'm doing.

@moonman Send over SSH to what, though? I only know the AWS web interface.

@takebatcaveakenji I'm not using AWS, I'm still on DO right now.
Currently I do nightly mysqldumps to a directory and then rsync the directory and the files directory to my home server.-

@takeFluffle Puffakenji current plan is to leave SPC on digital ocean and to move secondary services to Tranquillity.

@moonman I suppose I could rsync them home now, since I got bigger drives for my home server, which is backed up to tape.
