@mushi Blah, I may be able to help though. Not sure if this is legal at all though. LOL I have a bunch of empty vanilla master/visa cards. Want me to "give" you one to use to register a paypal?

@mushi xD Well you could just use it then remove it from the account, they're disposable anyway, and empty so there's not much of a problem there. But yeah, if you can find a card in your region it would be better. XD
