    I rebuilt the wheels on the Collegiate and after deep cleaning the rims shine for the most part. There was one spot on the front rim where the rust ate through the chome plate but I painted over it and from afar at least you couldn't tell. I laced nickel-plated spokes and added whitewall tyres to make it really pop. Slapping them onto the frame gave me a 'Potato Knishesin noice' moment.
