@renovatedkitchen Dubstep...house...Drum and Bass...Electro...soon, Hardcore. basically whatever my music library aqquires. No pony music yet because i am really trying to build up a catalogue of really good stuff so i at least have a chunk of my DJ folder taken up by it :3

@abigpony The youtube work i've been building up to for the past 6 months~ in the same vein as people like TotalBiscuit. I know it takes lots of time to get to any level i could live off it, but i'll get there :3

@abigpony I do realise how many people do it, and i'm not banking on it for my living until it actually stabily hits it. The ammount of people that get remotely big from it is also fairly substantial, and they only got there from being different. We've literally only started *yesterday* and we have 35 subs, hefty ammount of positive feedback too, and we are gonna be learning how to improve, and getting used to the way we record over time.

@cavatina I dare you to compare the amount of people who make bank from it compared to those that don't. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you can find success, but the chances that you will is unfortunately pretty low. Either way, can I at least support you by subscribing I guess?

@abigpony also, while we may not be the best there is right now...nor were any of the big guys on their first videos. A lot of them are also only big because they were on machinima in it's prime, those people are losing subs rapidly now x3. We'll get there.

@cavatina I dunno. Game Grumps and Matt, Pat, and Woolie seem to be doing fine. Though the latter got endorsed by machinima, it was fairly recently compared to many others. Who are some who haven't been endorsed and made it on their own?

@abigpony Yogscast, Totalbiscuit,Captain Sparklez (after his machinima days, he deleted his account and started again in secret), The Creatures. Game Grumps is two very well established youtubers who also made it on their own, the fact that channel exploded is just a sign of how many active subs they have, thats all i want. Active subscribers, otherwise it's just a number.

@cavatina Game Grumps prospered because they were very well established through other means. Yogscast got infinite plugged by larger programs and worked under michinima under another name a while back. Totalbiscuit works for G4 or some other large gaming thing like that. The rest I haven't even heard of.

@abigpony They got to their positions because of their work, thats all i meant...they are self established compared to people who just get featured on big channels. Those people are dependant on someone elses type of subscribers, thus making them a curse.

@cavatina Well anyone who gets endoresed by, say, machinima is noticed by them in the first place by establishing themselves. The problem is that watching let's plays is a dying hobby. Not many people do it and not many people (including yourselves I'm really sorry to say [sad face])are funny enough to spend 20 minutes a day on.

@abigpony Nor were any of these guys when they first started off, to be quite blunt if TB made videos like his first today? he'd be nowhere. Me and Ram are still getting used to recording as everyone else has to do. Ram is naive to this, but i'm not. The sooner i get used to the fact i'm recording, the funnier i can be, cause a few people have said i dont seem entirely into it yet, which is true, because i'm not. It's literally been 3 days since any of that was recorded. Also i find traditional let's plays too boring to do really, only do them with games i wanna, the rest will be editied and condensed, which actually makes them entertaining if you cut out all the guff, which is 90% of all LP's =P

@cavatina Alright, I can see this is going to get increasingly difficult to discuss with you very soon as the only LPs or anything videogame related that I watch is 2BFP and any video from TheSw1tcher guys because they're the only ones that are amusing to any extent. I HATE all other LPs and have no idea why anyone even likes Tobuscus or PewDiePie or any of them, but I subbed to you guys because I wanna support you. Looks like you got more subs the more likely people are to check you out and the more likely you are to be noticed in general. it's a kind gesture.
