                     @tara Colgate is a background pony that fans nicknamed and made rather popular like Lyra, etc, so her cutie mark was already determined. Her official name was revealed in a blindbag as Minuette. Recently, in fact, Dr. Hooves was named on pony cards as Time Turner.
