Today's ride was pretty good. Fought headwinds both outbound and inbound and completely burned out my legs with no knee pain. !cycling
I did forget my phone, but didn't realize it until I got to the first ferry terminal a good ways from home. Not having it didn't inhibit me at all.-

@awl When not on the bike, I kept my mind busy by admiring the vivid colors of Spring that the sunny day brought forth.

@awl I usually leave my phone off when on real trips because constant seeking of reception when there is none drains the battery. I save the battery for emergency calls.

-my watch before was completely gutted
-I wasn't out for more than 2 days.
