@hakupony I think maybe the point is that they'll be settiling in for the long haul. Whether or not there will be movies, there will at least be many seasons. That makes me happy. At this point it's all speculation.

@pony It doesn't make sense to make seasons short to have more seasons. There is no difference between 5 seasons with 10 episodes each and one season with 50 episodes. So what do I know? They just did 13 episodes. And from these episodes, I have heard songs which failed to impress me. The bigger the season is, the less such impressons ean because the scale is bigger.

Like I said.. all speculation. If I cared to, I suppose I could look up other successful cartoon shows and compare their seasons with MLP so far (I'm thinking PPG for example). Change is coming, but hopefully, as with season 2, it won't be too much to handle, and we may even like it.
