@anarchycarcino They are. This was cobbled together from audio before the Daleks and the Cybermen actually met in the show proper. In the show, the Cybs were like "we've got an army, we outnumber you" and the Daleks were like "there only needs to be four of us to kick your tin cans" and they mostly did.
