        1. @purplephish20 That's what 343 /did/. A retexture doesn't give you any of the enhanced shading, lighting, particle or water effects that anniversary has.

            1. @purplephish20 The gameplay engine would introduce gameplay that wasnt in the original. Unless they removed that, which kinda defeats the point.

            3. @purplephish20 Then your expectations were simply wrong. From the outset of the project, 343 were extremely clear that their objective was to explicitly NOT alter the gameplay or physics of the title in any way. It was always supposed to be "Classic Halo w/ pretty graphics".
