@widget From what I've heard, Macs don't specifically have a sound cards. I really don't know, though. My search on that topic was brief.

@dlcentaur You're mid-range, at best. I've never noticed an issue with the IDT/Nvidia HD audio on my laptop, but I'm no audiophile.
