@dlcentaur nope. Medication? Maybe. If it even works. When people try to make me feel happy by telling me I should just be happy and stuff like that, it makes things worse.

@renovatedkitchen Well, you can't just be happy. That's basically just pretending to be happy to make yourself feel better. Faking it isn't something you should ever do. If you're happy, be as happy as possible. If you're sad, be as sad as you need to be. Just remember, negative emotions don't last forever. #Hugs

@dlcentaur they last forever when you know they are going to be back in a matter of time. I'm usually pretending to be happy. I don't know why.
