    1. @thelastgherkin I've heard rumours from an ex member of staff that Orange go so far as to make you wait on hold for a specified minimum period, even when operators are free, just in the hope you'll hang up.

      1. @ceruleanspark I read this while I was on hold, and it galvanised my resolve to stay on the line just to spite them.

    2. @thelastgherkin Extrapolating heavily from personal experience here, but your first mistake was actually joining Orange.

      2. @bitshift If you can find somewhere else that provides a free top-of-the-line Ace 2 handset and 1GB free data allowance then I'll be happy to hear it.

        1. @thelastgherkin You need to specify your monthly plan for us to do this.

            1. @thelastgherkin You need to specify how much you pay for that, specifcally. Also the length of your contract term.

              1. @ceruleanspark I pay £15.50 for 50 anytime minutes, free texts, and 250MB of data allowance. I do NOT pay for 1GB of data allowance or the handset. The contract is 24 months.
