@pony Mostly, I'm curious why the Crystal Ponies called Cadence the Crystal Princess and why she has the Crystal Heart as part of her cutie mark. I'm hoping there's going to be more revealed as the season goes on :3

@flaredancer As Celestia and Luna rule over most of Equestria, I'm sure she's somewhat of a personal protector for them. It'd explain why she was nowhere to even be heard of in past seasons.

@abigpony @flaredancer but the Crystal kingdom was completely gone and hidden for a 1000 years or something, and when they came back it was like no time had passed to them, and before that King Somber ruled them, so unless Cadence ruled them pre-Somber, they appear to have come up with "Crystal Princess" on the spot. I do think it's really interesting how her talent and cutie mark fit their kingdom so perfectly.

@pony Unless there's an explanation, it's a crappy throw-in used just to glorify a character who otherwise has no explanation. How you can like that and not have an idea as to how they tie in is ridiculous.

@abigpony yeah I mostly try to ignore that sort of thing. I'm more forgiving of MLP than I am of other shows because of the nature of the show. x3

@abigpony @pony That's true, but it could be that Sombre put some weird spell on Cadence to hide her away from the Crystal Ponies and keep her from taking back her rule. Or something.

@flaredancer She's Celestia's niece. I suppose that's always possible, but this is one of the reasons Cadence is a fairly bad character. no description.
