      @thatonestocking I don't want to get rid of the transparency. Paint nor Paint Tool SAI can do it and Flash is screwing up the quality something fierce.

        @abigpony @fortecadenza @thatonestocking Paint.NET came recommended to me by Cerulean because it's very light weight unlike Gimp, and it handles transparency and text far better than MS Paint
