        @jojoax If they only disabled their DNS servers, Tor is enough to bypass it. If they really shut down their ISPs completely, good luck connecting to the "illegal server".

          @omni It's deeper than that. All routing into and out of Syria is out. As in, BGP no longer advertises routes to Syrian IP blocks.
