@juicyorange It's a healthy dose of "They changed it, now it sucks". The most recent 343 hate-fest is due to XBL's code redemption system crashing under the weight of one of the new promotions. As if the developer of the game is directly responsible for the robustness of MS's servers.

@ceruleanspark i only heard that ironically. In terms of art style i'd say Twilight Princess got the blunt of it. Thought it was too "dark and edgy" in environment and character design.

@ceruleanspark This was only the reaction to the disappointment the fans experienced. The fans expected a more realistic-looking game like they have seen on the trailers before the gamecube launch.

@broniebrown Fun thing was, the only reason Wind Waker had the graphic style it had was because one of the bosses at Nintendo got angry at the fans and said "We'll make a good game without realistic graphics so you all shut up about graphics"
