  1. I had a dream that there was an episode called Flutterhaven, in which a beautiful oasis in the forest turned out to have been draining Fluttershy's lifeforce.

    1. @thelastgherkin sounds like a (really awesome) grimdark fanfic.

      1. @mashuga31 There's nothing grimdark about it.

        1. @thelastgherkin When you say "draining her lifeforce" I imagine her becoming very very withered. And then the rest of the mane 6 have to take on the oasis, and some crazy s*** happens, and then there's the reveal, one of them with their dying breath manages to turn things around, and they get back to find that they were too late, and fluttershy is just a husk.

          1. @mashuga31 Nah, in the dream she just kept turning paler. She spent too much time tending to restoration instead of hanging out with her friends, which turned out to be the moral because doing that will lure you into a giant venus fly trap.

    2. @widget because emotion is the true joy of reading and I love fluttershy to pieces xD @thelastgherkin oh, well thats cool too. :) How did they resolve it? Did they like... find the oasis?

      1. @mashuga31 They all knew where it was anyway because the all found it at the same time. Twilight reads in a book that it is evil and they do a rescue mission

        1. @thelastgherkin I envy your dreams. You get to watch new pony episodes that don't exist and sound legitimately good. Then again I dreamt the other night of playing a brand new Sim Theme Park game. That was so awesome.

          1. @mashuga31 I tend to daydream a lot about adventuring in Equestria, and what kind of mysterious places could exist.

            1. @neurario I ocassionally do this. But mostly it ends up being a My Little Dashie story in my head. But Im really good at leading other people through equestria. Its why my RPG was so popular back when i started running it.

          2. @mashuga31 I didn't even get to watch it. :< I just found a screencap preview of it on my hard drive and instinctively extrapolated the story, the way you do in dreams. Tue screen was of Fluttershy cuddling up in the entrance to the oasis, except she was really pale. There were other screenshots too, but this is the only one i remember.

    3. @widget I haven't committed myself to reading that one yet. I've been completely invested in the silent ponyville series, and have been anxiously waiting for reunion to end before I go on to read the rest. But I'll definitely give it a read sometime. So work with me here, how could we go about ending it with a serious 'tears of joy' ending? We could always make fluttershy's husk turn out to be not quite dead, but i think that's become a predictable trope because its what people are seriously hoping for.
