      1. @redenchilada yes. But thats single pixels. I use the line tool spmetimes. And other things. Luckly, if you can grab the EXE from older versions of windows, they still work.

    2. @techdisk I couldnt agree more. I found that Graphics Gale, however is amazing for pixel art because you can right click to select a color. mind - blown.
