@greydragon412 That is where you are wrong. In you dream state, anything can be possible, your subconscious would do anything to stop you from going even deeper. In fact your sub conscious knows that you are a dragon and is developing a mental state of protection, e.g. Saint George, other dragons, wyverns, elemental drakes, etc.

Your sub conscious could re spawn them at any moment without stopping, your subconscious could send your greatest fear, your greatest enemy, your greatest ally, to defeat you. If you change the way your sub conscious works with its devilish spawns, it would go all out on you, everything you would see in dreams, would attack you.
