    1. @leonkfox Meh, I'm not sure that will stand up to the First Amendment if it's ever tried, and it's just ridiculous to try to police that sort of thing to begin with.

      1. @starshine Exactly! I mean, wasn't The First Amendment the reason that dumb video game law didn't pass recently? (and rightfully so!)

        1. @leonkfox FCC regulations are being tried this fall under the same rationale. I can't wait to see the storm THAT causes.

          1. @starshine Educate me (as I'm not American) but what is FFC?

            1. @leonkfox I think you mean FCC. "The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable."

            1. @leonkfox Federal Communications Commission. They levy massive fines (millions of dollars) if you dare to broadcast profanity, nudity. (but strangely, not violence. I have never figured out the reasoning there. Death is okay, but love is not.) http://www.deadline.com/2011/06/supreme-court/

    2. @leonkfox Yeah, I've heard about that. =/ inb4 inviting people over to watch your TV in meatspace w/out charging becomes copyright infringement.

        1. @starshine Haha~ I know right! Let's pretend it did pass. Which episodes should I stream? I get 10 before I'm arrested. First 10 or last 10?
