  1. When installing Windows 8, is it normal to be stuck at "90% Complete" for a long time?

    1. @fortecadenza Yes. It is normal to be stuck there for up to 7 days. However, do not allow the installer to progress further than that. It may cause irrevocable harm to adjacent planar structures.

        1. @fortecadenza Damage to planar structures can manifest in the following ways: Lingering thoughts concerning violence, bright flashes when you move your eyes in a darkened room, whispers at the edge of your awareness in the time before you fall asleep, perceptible desynchronisation between you and your mirrors reflection and an increase in mysteriously vanished items.

            1. @fortecadenza It is not as bad as they say. They mostly get you in the dreams, as time winds its endless march between sunset and sunrise, they too, make their ever silent progression throughout the webs of thought and dream.

                1. @fortecadenza They're reaching out for something just forever beyond their grasp. As you come to know them you too will feel their longing. If you listen carefully they will whisper to you the dark secrets of the lost fathoms. You will come to know what lurks in the gap between thoughts.

                  1. @ceruleanspark Why does it sometimes say "Blocked. Post something first." on some people's profiles. I've checked, and they haven't been silenced or anything.

                    1. @tenebarius It is a mechanism implemented by widget to prevent spammers leaving their spam links in their profiles. It is common practice for a spammer to include a link to their crap in their profile too, which, as we're not deleting them, is there forever. The notice will automatically disappear if they post something, so most new users won't even notice it.
