    Going back through EQD to see what's interesting. Is tempted to watch an episode, but needs to find a time and a place where no one will find out. I'm still a bit shy about my bronydom, but I guess that's a typical reaction.

        @gear First exposure to the bronydom was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I've seen a lot of interesting things since then, some of which I would like to use brain bleach on. No rule 34 yet thank god.

          @ans1 Yeah, I went about that long before I eventually came across it. I didn't search for it, I was on tumblr of all places and bam, r34 slap to the eyes. Fortunately I averted them before anything was seared into my retinas.

            @gear I doubt rule 34 stuff could be worse than what Cupcakes did. That was, unfortunately, one of the first things I found in the bronydom. That was the cure for the bronification virus for me for a while, then I forced myself back into it. I don't care what people think, it's fun to look at what people have made and how people have reacted to this creation. Hopefully, this will be what is remembered when people look back at the animation of this particular decade.

              @ans1 I've managed to dodge the cupcake bullet. This is one of the better groups on the Internet and it's nice that we can see it develop as quickly as it has, from unconfirmed meme to subculture in 7 months, that's just amazing. It's jaw-dropping to see the massive amount of content that is produced in one day. Everyone I've met is, for lack of a better word, awesome. We all share this really cool and strange interest in a kids show that, hell, even the animators share with us. I can't wait for season two to premiere, not only because of new ponies, but because of what's going to come out of the fanbase too, and that's honestly half of my excitement right there. I'm glad to be part of this wonderful group and proud to be a Brony. #
