      1. @nerthos I'm inclined to agree. Similarly, some lesbians self-identify as dykes, and I can't count the number of times I've called myself "so gay". It's the f-word with 3000 hits that's the troubling part.

        1. @thelastgherkin The f-word has become an overused slang much like the n-word, or the words "puto" and "boludo" in south america. More often than not, they aren't actually used as an slur against the specific group, but as a friendly, joking adjective of poor taste.

        2. @thelastgherkin I must admit that I sometimes purposefully use some words to angry all those "It's our word, you can't use it if you don't belong to our ethnicy/group" guys. If you use it to describe yourself you can't expect other people not to use it.
