@theglark I thought the fungi formed on its own? Or do they mean you mix it all up once it starts forming?

@flaredancer You have to put some particular fungi into it, otherwise you risk it rotting, the same way you put a bit of already made yougurt into the mix when you want to make more, so the organisms can spread.

@nerthos I like some cheese. Not really big a fan of yogurt, though. I need to find a good Mac'n'(cheese substitute), because I miss that comfort food.

@nerthos There's soy and nut "cheeses". Some of which are okay, some are meh. Real Food Daily has an awesome cashew "cheese", but they're expensive and far away

@theglark Mkay... I think he just died. Some Fred U. who works here died within the last week or so, and the picture they put up sort of looks like him, and I haven't seen Dirty Old Fred in a while

@theglark I only know of one other, and he's the week day, day shift security guard, but I don't know anyone in A&P. I just checked Dave's FB, though, and Mike posted on there about it, so I am thinking it's him

@nerthos He's the old guy who worked at the PennySaver who maked ridiculously inappropriate comments towards women. He told one of the ladies working here that her outfit would look much better on the floor. He called me, "Precious" and got me teddy bears for Christmas a couple years
