        @colfax He's contractually obligated to keep working on any Family Guy, Cleveland Show, or American Dad episodes that FOX decides to produce. As long as Family Guy holds a sizable viewership and thus keeps being a cash cow for FOX, the production company will keep the show running. All Seth even does now is voice the characters.
