        @derpytails Fluttershy as a filly IS cute, but I think she looks borderline anorexic when you compare her to every other filly seen in the show o.O

          @leonkfox No actually young fillies are supposed to look awkward and thin.. I looked it up, it's a part of actual pony growing-up. :) hope this clarified things.

              @leonkfox No, actually, young fillies are thinner than adults. Young Fluttershy was proportioned to look like a young filly. The other fillies were proportioned to look more like human children, slightly chubby with short legs.

                @dezzierose But they were all shown as being roughly the same age as fillies, heck, Fluttershy is actually a year older than Pinkie Pie and Pinkie didn't look abnormally thin as a filly.

                  @leonkfox I think they have a phase where you have A (pinkie filly) then B (fluttershy as shown) then C (adult proportions)

                    @theowl sort of as if she were almost pre-teen instead of young young. I figured that as much cause I didnt think they'd put fresh born fillies into flight training too fast.

                    @theowl Hmmm...I guess that does make sense, since Fluttershy is older that does kind of fit. I just assumed they were all the same as fillies. Guess it adds to the theory she's the oldest of the bunch though, not just older than Pinkie Pie (since all of those stories in Cutie Mark Chronichles took place at the same time)

                    @dezzierose Someone came up with the theory that Fluttershy is the oldest, and in a different stage of the growth between a filly and a mare, which makes sense since we know she's older than Pinkie Pie at least.
