  1. A few things that have been bugging me. First, why are the rumps of all the MLP characters called plots? My googling hasn't revealed any such label for the rear end of any equine. Second, why are unicorn/pegasi hybrids called Alicorns? Wikipedia tells me that the material a unicorn's horn is made of is called alicorn. However, I couldn't find any label for horned pegasi or winged unicorns besides those just mentioned. Anyone know the source? (Let me guess. 4chan?)

          1. @mrdragon Hehehe... I just googled it because my curiosity got the better of me. Also, I've been exposing myself to ponibooru for the past 3 hours. 3600 pics browsed (1400 from today) and counting! When I'm done, I'll probably have one of the largest collection of favourites on the site :P

    2. @abigpony 1] Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. 2] Further googling reveals this WikiFur entry, which is the only thing so far that connects Alicorn with a Unicorn/Pegasi hybrid. http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Alicorn Based on this article, it looks like the Alicorn label came out of pop culture.

    3. @abigpony I need sleep too, so who knows. I might've missed it somewhere... If someone ever figures it out, please send it to me.
