@vt3c I usually like to use prosciutto (which is sort of like Italian bacon) or chicken. I also like to have a bit of provolone cheese in it, as well as various spices. Some of my favourite spices are cayenne, paprika, and emeril's essence. Can't beat a bit of black pepper either.

@vt3c I don't really have measurements for when I cook... =p I think I usually just put ingredients in until it looks like an ideal amount.
