People have suggested to me that instead of using the internet at night I should read books to try and fall asleep sooner but I actually stay up later when I am reading because books don't have clocks on them in the lower right hand corner so I just read until I notice that it's light outside. Is there no hope?

@scoot Maybe try some of the natural based ones? I remember using this one chamomile thing that didn't really conk me out, but it certainly helped.
