So, anyone around here collect the pony toys? I'm kind of sad to hear that I'm in a minority here - I have always loved ponies, so I have toys from all of the generations! Anyone have pics of their G4s they'd care to post? c:

@moonprincess Aw! Why bad? Do you mean inaccuracies with the colors, or more like, compared to how the old ponies looked? I only ask because the pony collector forums have already talked this subject to death, so I'm happy to meet new fans and talk THEIR ears off about it! XD

@jimbo I keep stopping by the display at the stores, but I know they'd do nothing but collect dust, and they're not as show accurate as I'd like. Mostly, though, it's the dust issue. (None of that stopped me from getting a !Fluttershy, though).

@rainbowdash Aww! That is too sweet. What a nice friend! I have an extra Rainbow Dash who I keep in my bag, she goes on adventures with me. XD @moonprincess Aww! Well, long-haired Rainbow Dash would be canon for that fashion episode, right? When she wore that rainbow-dress Rarity made for her! And although I love the shorter hair-cuts some people are giving them, without long hair, what would you brush? The half-pink mane (especially on the McD's version) on Rarity is a little ehhhn.

@scribus Haha! Oh, Fluttershy, thy siren call... The single-release, or the Spring one? They're basically identical, of course, but Hasbro loves to make us rack up the bucks buying all the repaints. @rainbowdash Yeah, I feel the same way. I'd love mine to look more show-accurate, but without adding more plugs or being prepared to rehair her if I mess it up, she'll probably just look like a sad mullet-pony. And even then, I'd probably have to style it 'just so,' so I wouldn't really be able to take her anywhere when I was done. @moonprincess Yeah, the shape took a little getting used to for me, too. But then, I managed to get used to the G3.5 sculpts, so... I'm used to a lot worse? LOL!

@jimbo It was the Fluttershy that came with the tree & baby animals playset. Almost bought the spring one (that one had the leg paint, right?) but I already had the playset & the McD's toys. :p

@jimbo i collect pony stuff! however i only started and only really hold interest in the new generation. when i threw the Gala, we all got ponies. i also need to find a stylist for their hair

@scribus Aww! I like that set a lot. The bunnies almost seem like a different art style, though, but I guess that's just compared to, say, Angel. I like how Hasbro probably went "also, her toy comes with a little white bunny" and instead of writing her in as a demure little pet, we got Angel instead. XD @pinkiepie Oh, cool! What Gala? Like ... an IRL one? @o@

@jimbo Speaking of Angel, that's probably another factor in my not buying the single Fluttershy. Angel doesn't wear a bow. heh Hasbro had no idea what they were getting into. :p
